Once a quarter, the operations manager will visit your premises specifically to conduct a quality care review with you and to carry out a health and safety audit.

In the two intervening months our customer support team will telephone you to discuss what you think of all aspects of our service delivery. Any issues requiring resolution will immediately be logged and an action plan put in place through our helpdesk. This will ensure that your district operations manager is notified of any shortfall immediately. At all stages, the process will be monitored through the help desk to ensure progress is being made.
